We are one month in and Mision Mexicana and Change Cafe have learned a whole lot!

Cascade loves Mexican food! Last month we sold over 30k in sales! With our skeleton crew of staff we learned a lot about staffing, ordering, streamlining process and preparation needs.

We are still pushing a Huge Mountain, but with supporters helpand Faith in the Mission, the Mountain IS moving! We still need to design and purchase signage for our windows and exterior of the building. As well as upgrade some equipment in the restaurant to improve our service and food quality.
