A New Chapter for Love N Light Inc — Bringing Hope, Community, and Great Food Together!

We are thrilled to share an exciting step in our mission to serve both our local community in Cascade, Idaho and our global missions partners!

In 2025, Love N Light Inc took a leap of faith and opened Misión Mexicana, a nonprofit restaurant launched with one purpose:
to feed our community, create a gathering space filled with God’s love, and support missions work around the world.

By God’s grace — and with the loyal support of our amazing customers — Misión Mexicana has flourished. This year we were blessed to sponsor a mission team to Ensenada, Mexico, and we continue to expand our local outreach daily.

We will be shifting gears this winter. We hope to participate this year in McCalls Winter Carnaval and be at several pop up events and markets. Then we hope to return to Donnelly Farmers Market in the Spring. If we can raise the funds we hope to equip a food trailer so we can find some locations to serve on a regular basis in the area. We had looked into a permanent location and the plans did not work out. Our Mission to support Missions has to be a priority over the task of running a restaurant. So we are going to see if we can reduce the burden of overhead expenses from a brick and mortor location to a mobil trailer set up. We would welcome the help to amke this happen!
