Our Mission

Here's the revised text with grammar and spelling corrections: Love N Light Inc is charity founded by the Collins Family. We started Tamales on a Mission to support our fundraising efforts for upcoming mission trips. This has grown a full opportunity to open Misión Mexicana in Cascade! Through these endeavors, we inspired to expand our missions to Mexico and beyond.

We raise our children with a heart to love and serve those in. Our focus is on the things that matter, seeking and following the plan the Lord has for us. Tamales on a Mission is moving into a full time Restaurant! We have partnered with Change Systems to open a dual cafe serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! We are in the Whistle Stop Location off Hwy 55 downtown Cascade. Cafe style breakfast and lunch, as well as Mexican food for Lunch and Dinner! Both organizations are Non-Profit 501.c.3 organizations with missions to serve our local community in Cascade and serve those in need in Mexico and Africa!

All, meals will be served with Spanish riceand a water. Our family began making tamales to raise funds for missions trip. This let us to starting love and light Inc. a nonprofit organization. We are raising our children with a passion to serve those in need by incorporating it into their everyday lives. The wise thing to do tonight would be to skip dinner, then skip breakfast and come to the @donnellyfarmersmarket really hungry. That way you just might be able to eat more tacos and tamales. They are that good! All kidding aside we are cooking and preparing these tamales and tacos for some delicious hot meals tomorrow in addition to take home tamales! We return to @genesisdiez this month for another trip to bless the camp and serve the Kingdom of God. We are grateful for all the support!
